So, expect to move through a dynamic, flowing sequence of postures (asanas) that link breath with movement as it achieves balance in the mind and body. You will leave feeling inspired and alive.

Power Vinyasa is suitable for those who can safely move in and out of postures at a quick pace. Props are used and modifications are offered throughout the practice.

It is ideal for those who want to challenge themselves, those who are sports minded and those who simply want to stay in shape. Discover being energized, connected and free.

Hatha (Level 2)

This class has less flow and more emphasis on alignment of the body. Expect to move slower giving you ample time to explore deeper awareness of the postures to release stress, improve flexibility, build strength and bring clarity to the mind. The class cultivates a strong physical and mental connection with your body. You will leave feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Hatha is for anyone who is trying to get in shape, who has tightness from sports and who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hatha practice is a wonderful way to brighten the rest of your day.

GENTLE HATHA (Level 1)

It is a slower-moving variation of the Hatha Class.  Expect to move slowly and to hold postures longer which gives you plenty of time to explore the sensations in your body.

Moving gently, we are working towards increasing flexibility, enhancing the range of motion, strengthening, and developing balance and breath awareness. Modifications are offered throughout the practice and props are used for support to make it a relaxing experience.

Gentle Hatha is great for anyone who is new to yoga as well as beginners and for those who wants a good stretch. It’s a great class for reducing stress and bringing balance into your life.

YIN 2 YANG

This unique class blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Expect the first half of the class to be yin, where postures are held longer to target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, joints and bones. This quiet, inward practice emphasis on hips, groin and lower back.

The second half of the will be moving through a dynamic flow of sequences focusing on stretching and strengthening the muscles, flexibility and stamina.

Yin 2 Yang is for anyone who needs to let go, release stress, tension, and leave feeling fresh, energized and empowered.

Yin

This class is practiced in seated and lying down postures accessing the hips, pelvis, spine, lower back and shoulder joints. Yin yoga is a quiet practice that targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, joints and bones. Expect longer holds with the supportive use of props and mindful breathing to release tightness and tension in the body.

Yin is for anyone who is over stimulated, tired and need to slow down. This is form of self- care that gives you the opportunity to observe, nurture, soothe and calm your mind as well taking care of your body.

FLOW & RESTORE – Hatha and Restorative

It cultivates a space of acceptance. This class is a combination of Hatha and Restorative. It begins with a Hatha flow synchronizing movement with breath as it achieves flexibility, strength and balance.

After the energy builds and the muscles are primed, the second part of the practice becomes Restorative to fully relax and focus inwards. In Restorative expect each pose to be propped up safely by bolster, blocks and blankets to calm the nervous system.  The practice then finishes off with a long savasana

It is ideal for those who want a physical workout and end gently in Restorative poses to release tension and completely let go. Wonderful way to reset, reboot and recharge your body and mind for the rest of the week.
