One on one is an excellent way to ease into yoga and take your practice to the next level. We are offering you the opportunity to ask questions in a quiet and relaxing environment. At the same time, refreshing the basic fundamentals and gaining confidence in the poses, modifications and variations. We will provide you with the knowledge to develop your own practice as we focus on your goal that compliments your health and lifestyle.
Private yoga sessions are great for beginners, runners, athletes and even those who are recovering from injuries to slowly heal and strengthen.
